Note to Seller... Not Parsing to Customer

I included a note to the seller during purchase of my item.  The confirmation page shows the note at the top of the page.

However, upon recieving a confirmation email....  It states the following...

Note to seller:
You haven't included a note.

I think this problem has been going on for sometime.

Can someone @ eBay explain why the note is not parsing through the confirmation process?  And is it actually getting to the seller?

This just happened to me and its a big pain !

I included a note to seller  (when I  made my paypal payment) that I would pick up the item....but didn't hear hack from him. .....so I checked invoice in my onbox and NO NOTE!!

Hope ebay can fix this....
