Not visible listings in shop and Ebay.com

I have more than 15000 active listings, but I and my customers can see only 23 listings now (in my Shop).  I don't see my listings on Ebay.com, also impossible to find them with search.

I see on Ebay.co.uk 15512, but on Ebay.com only 23. 

Which domain do you use?

One customer from Spain, also France said what they don't see my listings on Ebay shop.

Also i changed IP addresses with VPN, looks like nobody from Europe can't see most of my listings, Asia, USA can see most of them, but also not all. I have active 15700 listings.

Yes, IP address from USA, Asia showing most of listings, but also not all.

IP from Europe only 23. Sad, as i am loosing more than half of my customers 😞

Hi! Having same problem! If you choose Ship to - USA then most of my listings are visible (not all, 327 of 333) if you choose lets say Ship to - Estonia than ZERO((( The most strange thing is if you make Ship to Norway all works fine Ship to Sweden - ZERO. All my listings are with worldwide shipping!!! Had chat with CS and they promised me an answer in 2 days MAX but no any reply... It is just ruining business

As said, we (US)  can see the 15,000+ items..........I would ask on one of the European Boards.......since you are in Lithuania..........they may be facing the same situation and be able to help.......  Perhaps Germany or UK.....

Yes, Ebay.com users sees most of listings, except if you choose Ship to Sweden or Lithuania (didn't check all countries).

Almost all European sites fr, de, es showing only 23 listings, even with IP from America.

Could someone from USA check? For example - https://www.ebay.es/str/beercollectibleslt
