Not receiving some messages from buyers, cancel requests, and sold item notifications in email.

Getting most of them, but some of them not at all. Happening over the past week.

The issue began Dec 26 and supposedly this was fixed on Dec 31 - you're still experiencing issues with emails today @25kenwood ?

Thank you for the info. I only found evidence today in the form of a 'cancellation declined' message, leading back to a non-notification of cancellation request from four days ago. Did not have any message lost today specifically.

Not sure if this is connected? Buyer sent me an offer through Messages, I accepted his offer through the messaging system. He has not paid yet and it has been 2 hrs. Based on his feedback and more than fair offer I would have assumed he would have paid right away, now I am wondering if he has even RECEIVED the notification that I accepted his offer because my SELLER HUB is showing no items AWAITING PAYMENT? Which it should because he has not paid yet.

The process of accepted offers moving to pending status on the listing's offers management page is something eBay has been rolling out.

While offers are in pending status the item is available for anybody else to purchase until the buyer pays. eBay is trying to eliminate the inconvenience to sellers when buyers lose interest after an item ends so the seller does not have to start from scratch and lose interested buyers when they relist. They're also trying to eliminate the inconvenience of having your item off the market during the 4+ day waiting period for payment.

If the buyer does not pay within a certain amount of time, the offer will expire and be removed from the pending section. If the buyer pays then it will become an official transaction on your orders page. In the meantime, any buyer can purchase at full price or make an offer.

you may be correct but I am almost certain for a very long time when I accept an offer it always shows in AWAITING PAYMENT section in my seller hub until the buyer pays.
