We never had an issue receiving eBay messages to our registered email address in the past. This is how we have always handled communication.
As of the last several months (at least), we do receive many of our eBay messages/notices/etc just fine to our email address, but random ones simply do not come through. No pattern of which types/subject of emails are failing, just always & only eBay related.
It is ridiculous to have to rely on the eBay Messages web page directly versus utilizing our email client which we've been doing for many years. The eBay messages page is hardly functional! C'MON!
