Is it a problem generating a label, printing a label, downloading a label?
Are you on the website or the app? If on the website, is it the single label page or the bulk label page?
Are services are grayed out for all carriers or for a specific carrier?
Is there an error message?
What carrier and service are you trying to purchase (USPS Ground Adv, FedEx OneRate, eBay Standard Envelope, etc.)?
What are the package weight and dimensions? What's the listing number?
