I am told I am in a dropshipping violation even though I am not in a dropshipping violation. Is there any way to resolve this? Also, is there anyone who can help me solve this problem?
All I can tell you is that we are definitely not in a dropshipping violation and all customer support instructions have been cleared without issue.
The only thing I can think of is that my account has definitely been mistreated by someone.
Please, please, please.

You need to work this out with eBay CS, we are members like you and can't see account info.
When eBay notified you, did they give you instructions on what to do and how to contact them?
