Not done Yet- More technical issues

After two months of technical issues- now even more.

ebay page gets so bad I have to sign out after an hour to reset software. You can open up a listing but cannot pick from pictures entered on listings.

Search pages will flicker on & off at high rate afteran hour.

Search will change from specific category to all catgories if you sdd additional word  in search title.

Pages take 15 seconds to load due to all the advertising.

Sometimes a page comes up you did not select.

Ebay is a mess after performing great for 10 years.

It takes me at least 10 times the time to search for an otem.

Perhaps ebay does not like windows 8 operating system.

I have none of those problems using Win XP and old Firefox versions (3.6.24 and 31). No search problems, I have never seen an ad on eBay (unless I used another unarmored browser and disable the HOSTS file), pages load just fine, no flickering. Never sign out (unless for specific reasons usually to test something), and never restart browser due to anything eBay (my two eBay browsers are just that - eBay browsers used for eBay, PayPal, USPS, FedEx, and a few other sites and tweaked for that purpose in terms of addon rulesets)

You have some combination of OS, browser, and most likely a lack of anti-ad/exploit armor (blocked domains, an adblocker, and Noscript are a minimum requirement) that doesn't work well for using eBay.

Not saying it isn't a problem for you, but it isn't a problem for everyone.

I don't like the Windows 8 operating system either (or Win 10 for that matter - my phone runs Win 10, and just did a 1 hour forced update - about to check if everything has changed again, if one of my apps no longer works, or if it's bricked as I do every time they force an update. Grrr.)
