Not all items from cart are being included in checkout from same seller.

As title suggests, I am trying to purchase a number of items (collectibles), all from the same seller. The total is around x90, some of which are multiple copies of the same thing. I have everything loaded in my cart ready to pay in full altogether. However, when I go to checkout, only half the items are actually included in there. I have clicked "save for later" on the vast majority of my items and yet still a couple of items are not being carried over from cart to checkout. Assuming I get to a number in which all the remaining items in my cart do carry over into checkout, it now looks like I am going to have to do x10 separate transactions all to the same seller.

Why is this happening? I have never experienced a buy limit before.

Not all items can be combined at checkout. There are limits to the total number of line items that can be checked out, and some items with different shipping options may not be combined. You may need to check out two or three times to cover various cases, rather than ten times.
