Not Able to Return Item

I am not able to return an item because it won't let me upload an image. I select the image I need, and then I just sit and stare at it while it "loads." Nothing ever actually happens.

Any difference if you try another browser?

Try temporarily disabling any common add-ons or try a browser you have not used before.
