Currently, I have 2 of my listings on one account and 2 on another that the sales have dropped drastically. One of them went from 7-10 sales a day to 1-3 every other day. First I thought maybe customers are just losing interest. Then one of my regular customers notified me that he can't open a listing to make a purchase. I went to go look and I couldn't open it either. I get the error "Its not you, its us". But after a refreshed the page a couple times, it opened. I then clicked "Contact buyer". I get the error "Well, this is embarrassing.". After I refreshed 6 times, it loaded. I then clicked the "View order details". Sames result. I thought maybe it is browser specific. I was using firefox. I switched over to chrome. Same results. I switched to Edge. Same thing. I pulled the listing up on my phone. The error I get is "The listing has been removed or this item is not available". After I hit back and go to it a few times, it opens. These are some very well established listing and I do not want to cancel the listing and relist. I want to know if there is a fix for this. Since apparently its on ebay's side.
