Nonresponsive Pop-Up, Problem Printing Customized Packing Slips

And advice on how to get around this?  

I have a group of orders I need to create unpriced "gift" packing slips for.   Unfortunately, since this morning, the pop-up window that opens after I click "Customize" refuses to close and the "Done" button isn't functioning.

Does the form work if you use a different browser?

Sometimes add-ons such as ad blockers can have unintended effects; try disabling add-ons to see if that makes any difference.

Unfortunately, same issue in Edge, Chrome & Firefox.  No changes or ad blockers on my side.  I

I tried doing it with alot of listings at once and it won't close 'Done' for me either. I suggest one at a time or seeing how many will work at a time.

I am in Aus and we have eBay maintenance on a Friday that causes glitches (Friday here ATM) maybe it starts early for you guys.

Thank you!  Unfortunately, I got the same problem when I tried to print a single packing slip.

It just did it to me as well with just one. O.o   Is the Packing Slip you can get from the 'Shipping Labels' Section on the far left further down on that same page okay for a gift?

Shipping Labels > Track and Manage Your Shipments > Actions > Print Packing Slip
