How do I go about getting a product returned that I did not order? The order is not in my history, and I would have NO use for it.
It is very expensive, and it is sitting here with no simple means to return.

Does the label and/or packing list show it's an eBay order and was it shipped from the U.S. or Canada?
If so, they would have gotten your name & address from somewhere on here.
You have 2 recent eBay purchases - it's not one of those correct?
Did you check you email history for any eBay messages confirming an order and shipment?

Are you expecting anything at all from any vendor on eBay?
Why not begin with contacting the seller and asking why you've received this?
An, if they want it back, they will need to send you the shipping cost in advance.
Do NO agree to send it on to whoever the actual buyer was. It goes back to where it came from, or it doesn't go back at all.

It is not one of my 2 recent purchases, and is not in my purchase history.
The Packing Slip says it is from SANA DEALS INC.

That's an eBay International Shipping order from U.S. to Canada apparently - have you ever had dealings with that specific seller before?
It's possible the eIS agent has mixed up packages going into Canada - are you waiting for any other orders from U.S. sellers?
eBay will need to help you sort this out - keep that packing list and code handy - that will help identify the package.
