I am due a refund but Ebay reponded saying they wouldn't do it. - Even after the seller agreed to it!  Now I can't get through to Ebay in any way shape or form to fix.

96% of my purchases are Amazon now.  They ship a little slow right now but I can wait.

If you paid through paypal , try contacting them. If that doesnt work, dispute it with your card company

Could you provide us with more information on this situation?  Many of us may be able to provide another solution to your problem but we need more details in order to do this.

You say that the seller agreed to the refund...if that is so, why doesn't the seller just refund you?  The seller does not need eBay's approval to refund you...they can do that on their own which is one of the few reasons that we need more information in order to help you.
