I was told they would reply within 3-5 business days, so I waited, but I haven't heard back from support.
I contacted them about the issue, but they haven't replied either.
Until now, I've received an automated reply to my messages, but I haven't received that either.
What's going on?
I still receive the advertising emails.

Hi @m30795 - can you post specific examples of emails you're receiving - post the subject lines?
I can direct you on which settings to turn off if I know which messages are problematic. There are a lot of different communication preference settings.
It will also help to know if these are emails/messages from the web, or push notifications on the app.
