No response from ebay customer support

I opened a case for a refund from July 02, 2018 and the status has been 'You contacted customer support. awaiting response' from then. case details read 'Hang on, we're still reviewing your case. we'll be in touch with you soon'. I have not received a refund nor contacted by ebay customer support  for further info.

Yes, contact them right away by calling Ebay.  You are running out of time quickly.  Your Request will be 30 days old tomorrow, so anytime after that they could close it with NO resolution because it is old.
