No record of order received - trying to print label prompt comes up technical difficulties -

Want to return item, got email to print  label.  When clicking on to print - I get technical difficulties - going on for days..  Also ebay in my profile has no record of order number.  Seller not responding - I need a refund item does not fit - am I being scammed?

If that doesn't work then contact customer service and ask them to email you a copy of the label.

Make sure you are not signed in to a different eBay account than the one you used to make the original purchase. Find the transaction in your Purchase History and go from there.

If you purchased as a guest, first sign out of your current eBay account before using the link in the email that eBay sent regarding the guest purchase.
