No Services Available on the Ship Your Order screen

I'm trying to ship my orders but for the last half hour it says No Services Available on the Ship Your Order screen.

2:20 pm in NY and it's still an issue.

A year later I'm having this issue. "No Services available" when I go to select shipping. Is there a fix happening or should I purchase shipping outside of ebay?
