I can see your  listings just fine ... as for your store, eBay is getting rid of those older formats.  eBay has already moved over everyone who had "standard" stores, but said that they were delaying the transition for anyone who had customized store layouts (to give you time to adjust).

It looks like the time may be now.  I would suggest that you go ahead and transition over to the new store format, and I bet your store items will reappear.

Why, eBay happened!!! Smiley Very Happy Welcome to the club!

(You know, the HUGE CLUB that eBay regularly savages us sellers with.)

FWIW, earlier this evening I was reviewing a bunch of listings, 30-day fixed price, not store, and I realized that my items that have been selling have "high" (25+ let's say) view counts, while my items that haven't been selling but should be selling have very "low" (zero to less than five) view counts, and it's a PERFECT correlation!

That happened to me this week also.  Zero listings in store and "items for sale".  I did a bulk edit of all my listings with some trivial, bogus change and updated.  Then my listings showed up again.  Good luck.

Except, craftydeb1 wrote, "...and no sales for 2 weeks..." which most likely means buyers weren't seeing ANY of her listings, so most likely there's more to this.

Well, craftydeb1 wrote on the M2M board too, and a solution is posted there.

Solution: an updated store.

What did you change that has you saying it's fixed?

I see NOTHING in your store from any store links I tried in both Firefox 31 (signed in) and Firefox 52 (not signed in and wuth clean, flushed browser cache).

Just a brownish banner bar, a huge image (house on green background), and a few other eBay things

@berserkerplanet

You have to select "Enter" or click on the front door to get to the actual listings.

Previously that lead to a broken link, but it's working now.

Really?

I almost never shop stores so have little experience in that area, but that is a new one to me.

If I missed that (and assumed the store would behave and display cats and items as they did in the past), I suspect many other newer, and casual eBay shoppers will also. Not a good change.

I'd recommend making the "enter" bigger, blinking, with arrows pointing to it, and add a explanatory blurb, or at least change the font and color on the "enter" to not blend into the background imagery. (This is a clickthrough situation - unaware buyer/browser arriving that overlooks the enter link and sees no items may hit backspace and move on.)
