Newly listed items are not visible in search results

Strange situation - after listing new item - though it was stated by eBay that listing is live - is it not shown in search results. For example this listing: https://www.ebay.de/itm/115593255796

This is normal, and it has always been this way. When a new listing is posted (or revised) it has to be indexed into the database before it can be found in search. This can take up to 24 hours (or even more, these days). Most listings are indexed within a few minutes, but sometimes listings can take longer. It's not possible to predict which listings will take longer, but high-value items, or high-fraud-potential items are more likely to take longer to index. Sometimes revising a listing too often will make it take longer as well. eBay used to mention this in the page about fees (Other terms and conditions) but they removed that information when they simplified the help pages. It's still the case, even so.

That listing was started at 2:41 AM Sunday, Pacific Time (PDT) which is just about an hour ago, and has been revised once.

No, it just needed time to be indexed, like I said.
