New drafts are overwriting or deleting existing drafts

Since being forced to switch to the new listing tool, there seems to be an arbitrary maximum amount of drafts.

It started at 354 oddly enough. When creating a new draft after this, the new draft would be saved and then a random draft was overwritten or deleted, never to return. (We use the single listing business tool on the website to list)

We have reported this at least 10 times to ebay.

As of today, this "limit" is down to 309 drafts. Ebay insists there is nothing wrong, but obviously something is. We have employees in multiple locations and even multiple countries and they all have the same problem. Has anyone has any experience with this?

We have the same issue. It started with the new listing tool. Our limit though seems to be around 261. It was about 280 at one point and keeps decreasing. Quite a burden.

I am having the same issue for over a month now; I changed browsers started to use an iPad and it keeps deleting the older ones that I have saved previously. E-Bay does not have a fix for this now for issue FOR OVER A MONTH now!

LOSE THE NEW LISTING TOOL & GO BACK TO THE OLD LISTING TOOL!

DITCH THE NEW LISTING TOOL AND START OVER.

EBAY IS DEFUNCT AND NEEDS TO START OVER AGAIN!

I wish other sellers would chime in here. We have sent screen shots to ebay multiple times and still they can't figure out how to fix it.
