Everything works fine on the new selling format except it will not allow me to change what selling format I want. It usually automatically is set for Buy It Now and clicking on edit does not bring up the blue circle to click and allow me to change to auction or visa versa. Have talked to Customer Rep for 25 min., have sent 3 emails with pictures of screen after edit has been clicked and there is not a blue circle there. Is anyone else having this problem and who at EBay could fix this?
Why Ebay has to change a format that was working well to a confusing list of options and one that doesn't work is beyond me. Please leave well enough alone!!

Working fine here.
Have you tried a different browser to see if it makes any difference?

Hey @opmisty1. To verify a few points:
1. You are working on a draft, not on a live listing, correct?
2. The listing does not have variations, correct?
3. The edit button you're clicking is next to the pricing section, correct?
4. When you click that edit button, the pop-up is not showing you this slider you can toggle from gray (off) to blue (on)?
If the answer to all of those questions is yes, then can you post a screenshot of what you're seeing?

Try changing it and waiting for the system to catch up. I find that this new listing tool takes anywhere from 5-30 seconds to change from an auction (with all the options shown) to fixed price (with all the options shown) or back. Also seems to be slow sometimes when hitting the "edit" button for that.
