also yesterday and today June 16/17 2018

I sold an item received email from paypal and money is in the account

paypal customer service says everything is fine and order was initiated at ebay

ebay has NOTHING SHOWING in SOLD ITEMS

my item is STILL AS ACTIVE LISTED

ebay customer service KNOWS NOTHING

said I need to contact paypal to receive customers email

ONLY PAYPAL could say were this sale ORIGINATED

they said I should mail it to the customer and DELETE it from my ACTIVE LISTINGS

Hi I called Ebay last night after at 10 pm EST my pages went totally nuts with no graphics or strange simple text shoved to the left, gigantic photos, inability to search, inability to list - pages went in and out mostly out.

1st call reported, girl had no clue, 2nd called back to add that it was also affecting search bar

THEN I was told they are working on revamping the site through Wed. migrating everyone to Seller Hub

Despite the facting I am paying for Selling Mgr Pro which I was told I could keep - WHY would you not

do the courtesy of posting on your Announcement page that you A. are working on your site to at least alert people so they dont flood your call center and B. Do it after midnight EST on Saturday night when people start to go to bed like most websites do updates 1- 5 am EST. This is most unfair and unthoughtful both to buyers and sellers - $$ is going to go down the drain...

People always do better when they are warned in advance and more likely to be understanding.
