I do listing for my son and he set me up on his account, Using the new listing format, is awful! As a programmer, why fix something that wasn't broke. Every time I login, something new has changed ? Their is no way for me to change my fonts or text colors, I highlight my text a little black menu open up but only allows for me to make bold or bullet type stuff. I do not want to use the HTML as a way to change my format, fonts, or color.
I or as a seller myself, I want to be able to list as many items as I can and do it with easy and as fast as I can so I can get to then next listing.
How can I change fonts and color in the new listing format, no where is there a menu or advanced tool bar to help me!

use a third party, free WYSIWYG editor, and once you are happy with the fonts, etc, just switch to HTML, copy and paste into the ebay listing page

I keep complaining to them that it is 3 times slower to list with the new format than the old. I try to list at least 100 items a day, the new layout will drop that and hurt sales.

why would I or any seller want to use HTML , as we want to be able to list an item as fast as we can and move on to the next listing. Also some people do not know how to use HTML or any other language.
I got a degree in networking and programming, AND I can tell you if one of the students, or I did this kind of work that ebay team has done, he give them a F or fire them.
They can add in a simple menu bar like in the old way of listing for people who do not want to edit or use HTML.
@urban_picker Yes you are right, it is slower, they are trying to make the listing experience like the phone app, but alot of people use their laptop or desktop.
Microsoft tried that with their win 10, and they finally did a revamp for people who use pc not tablets or phones.
The new listing way sucks, and very frustrating.
