New Format for LISTING - Help! Is there a Tutorial? I tried it but Description not acknowledged!

I understand the need to stay competitive in the online selling space and for upgrading (we hope) the eBay platform.  However, there is a new listing format that is available that will allow for video like on Poshmark and Depop.  

1. Can Listing Be Bulk Edited to transfer to the new listing format and

2.  I tried this and each time I entered text in the description field, whether copy and pasted or typed in the field, the format will NOT register any text written in the space.  So, this makes this un-usable.  Not even the default headline is  entered into this field.  This needs a major-fix.

3.  Is there a tutorial video for this new format model and cand you please send a link to sellers in the messages.

It is certainly NOT good news to hear you or anyone is having issues of any kind with the New Listing Tool.

Hello, I just tried to revise a listing's pictures and description.  Each time It erases the description and tells me it is blank.  I am sending you pictures in succession of trying to revise the ad.

Sorry you're running into trouble @movinchi have you tried to revise it on a different browser to see if it makes a difference?

See screenshots in the previous messages of this thread.  The description does not recognize the type and therefore will not allow upload.

Balony.  I tried to change everything in the description field and at no time would the desktop listing tool recognize anything in the description.  Only the mobile app would allow the description but then the photo part would not work so I had to create the listing with the description as a draft on my phone then move to my desktop and finish the listing.  About one time out of five did the listing actually take.  so  i took a day off and hopefully it is all fixed now.  but what is so annoying is the total lack of response from ebay customer support.  this should be a major message for all ebaly sellers.  but the silence is deafening.  and the snarky fellow ebayers dont help anything.
