Checkout has changed so that you can select the shipping service for each item and it's causing items to be quoted as separate shipments.
Items configured for First Class work fine for single item sales, but when combined shipping causes the weight to go over 1 lb, they items are calculated as separate First Class shipments instead of being combined into a Priority Mail shipment.
The buyer is presented with shipping options for each item in Checkout and has to select Priority Mail for each one to get them combined.
Any items that are not configured for Priority Mail as a secondary service cannot be combined with Priority Mail shipment and get quoted as separate First Class rates.
This not only confusing, but it overcharging the buyers.
