I placed a offer for item on my home computer. The seller made a counter offer, and I NEVER accepted it. I just noticed on my iphone it says pay for this. I NEVER ACCEPTED HIS COUNTER OFFER. EBAY HAS A TECHNICAL ISSUE. I NEVER ACCEPTED HIS COUNTER OFFER PERIOD. Previous to me submitting the offer, I placed the item in the shopping cart to see how much shipping was going to be for two of this item. After learning how much the shipping would be for two of these items, I removed them from my cart. Then I submitted my offer for two of these items. Maybe this is the reason it's saying I bought these items? Not sure but I never agreed to the sellers counter offer.

eBay isn't here and won't see this post - have you contacted the seller about this yet and explained what you're seeing and what happened?
You can also request a callback from eBay CS to look into it:
Open this Help page on Counteroffers
Scroll to the bottom and Click on "Contact us"
In the Help Chatbox that opens type AGENT at the bottom then press Send to bypass the bots - you may have to enter AGENT a few times to get the callback options
You should see the options to Chat live with an agent, or have them call you.

Ok check your purchase history. If the items are in your purchase history ask the seller to cancel and explain the situation to the seller. If they aren't in your purchase history and there is a glitch which states you bought the items then yes it's a technical glitch. I would then say wait for Ebay to correct that issue then.
