Need to refund a buyer excess shipping charge but am unable to.

Buyer bought items via Buy-it-Now where first item has $4.60 shipping

and each additional item is 10 cents more shipping charge.

Since it was Buy-it-Now buyer had to pay in advance.

I need to refund him $4.50 for the other two items as only 10 cents

were needed to be added. The page I went to for refunds is not

functioning. The box I need to click on is not working; nothing happens.

After I clicked on 'cancel' an error page IT'S OUR FAULT Web site in

having difficulties, etc. popped up on the screen.

Open up all orders then choose the item sold. Next to that click on the arrow next to the blue order details. scroll down to refund buyer and then you can return partial or entire amount
