SAME HERE! Noticed this Issue almost 48 hours ago. Still dont see any Ebay notifications regarding the Issue. I Cannot repond to a sold item Buyer's question. I Cannot respond to questions regarding other current listings.

1. Will Ebay remove any Negative feedback from frustrated Buyers who had questions I could not respond to according?

2. Will Ebay refund the Fees / or Replace the Free listing per month if the item with questions does not sell?

Has there been a resolution found for this problem.  I encountered this same issue today and have not found a fix.

This happened to me yesterday and within an hour I could reply to sellers and I could ask questions...problem solved, or so I thought.  Today (Nov. 5th), the same problem all day; so I sent a direct e-mail to askcommunity@eBay.com as requested yesterday by eBay to get on a list of users having this issue and I am hoping for the best.

Its been years and its still a problem. Firefox and Chrome. Can't they just get rid of all the silly scripts and just make a standard text box to type into?

Same here when trying to contact a seller, I found some items and wanted to ask for additional details, but no way to send a message.
And is not the only recent technical problem...
