NOTIFICATIONS NOT WORKING SINCE MESSAGING CHANGE - It only shows the number and when one hovers over it, it says no new notifications and when one goes to messages to check you find it completely changed and not listing all of the notifications, offers, ect!

Showing 25 notifications in red  When I try to see them by hovering over the icon shows Zero  this messaging center change is a mess !
