Customer tried to create a label for a pre-approver ebay easy return a d label did t work. Called ebay and 2 times and they tried but failed to fix. I was told to send a label myaelf although i had no access to a computer. Ebay said there was nothing they can do and they had no work around. I offer free easy returns because that is what they are supposed to be! I pay for the service. The solution shouldn't be that I have to solve it! This never happened until the latest 8/29 app (UPGRADE) Im told it can do many new things. I would be happy if it could still do the basics. I have also not been able to complete a draft since this (UPGRADE] Ebay (CUSTOMER SERVICE) can't solve that either. Can't do anything but take notes and apoligize!
