My store listings have disappeared!

Hello,

today I noticed that I had 0 orders which I was alarmed to see since it hasn't happened before. When I went to take a look at my store front, it says I have 0 listings, while I have about 200 active listings. When I refresh the page, sometimes it shows active listings, and then it will show 0 again after refreshing. This keep repeating.

Has anyone else had their listings just disappear? This just started today!

Yes, and if you refresh the page those 6 will disappear from refresh to refresh. The issue is that I have over 200 active listings, so why only 6?

I see the same. Two refreshes took me back to 0, clicking your moniker brought 6 back up. Hmmm...

Update:

I started opening listings and clicking the "Update" button without making any changes, and those listings started to show up with the 5-6 which were still visible.

I guess I will have to do this for every listing because I don't see any other option. I will reply back once Im done and let you know of the results.

I clicked on your avatar > Listings and saw 15.  I then clicked on your DOOR icon for the store, and saw 15 items.  I clicked the REFRESH and then saw 0.  Clicked REFRESH several times before I saw 15 items again.

Something is definitely wrong!

Apparently I have a temporary selling restriction due to an issue I can't discuss in detail. After contacting support they were able to explain it to me. The reason the listings show 0 is probably because they're being blocked from search 😞

When I go yo see your items for sale I see 0 listings. When I click to see your store I get 251 listings. What are you seeing in the seller hub under active listings? All of your active listings should be in the hub.  see by your profile that you are in the USA and as I am on the US domain as long as your listings are listed in the US domain then I should see them when I go to view your items for sell. This is probably a ethnical issue or some kind of wrong domain issue. Other than confirming this is happening the best thing to do would be call eBay and report the issue as it sounds like the way the listings are not visible is a new occurrence and not due t a change you made. In the past I know you could set each listing to be visible in other domains as long as international shipping was enabled. In the past I talked to a seller with items for the UK domain and items for the US domain. and when looking at his store  verses items for sale there was difference in the number of total items for sale on the 2 different pages as I was in the US and some items were UK only. I do not know how hw had set the domains for the listings but this could be setting issue but still I would call a eBay rep.

Also when I go to my profile page I see the 297 item I have listed, On the items for sell page and my store page I see the 297 items for sale. I also tried viewing these pages using a private browser so they would appear as a buyer would see them and there was no change

On your profile page I only was able to see 259 listings.

Now I see the listings on your items for sale page and the number of listings match your profile page. However the store page has 9less than the other 2 pages.
