My shipping labels are printing the wrong way...horizontal instead of vertical......HOW DO I FIX IT?

My shipping labels suddenly have started printing in the wrong direction....THERE IS NO PLACE THAT I CAN FIND TO CORRECT THIS!  I don't have time to start trimming every label......it seems that every time an ebay executive comes up with a new idea to justify his or her salary......THE SELLERS SUFFER THE CONSEQUENCES!  Can anyone tell me how to fix this???

Arrrghhh - of course I have 10 labels to print.   WTH is going on?  This is not a browser issue & was already happening last night.   I'm a techie & so is DH, we tried several things, including saving it into a PDF & found 3 ways to manipulate/rotate it to show correctly in the Preview, but all 3 ways, then printed it incorrectly.   I'm going to scream. 

Also, why is the Orientation line missing from the screen???  

Also, I tried to reply to the 'How satisfied are you buying labels on Ebay?', it lets me choose the stars, opens up a comment box, but then WON'T SEND LOL.  I tried like 10x.  They apparently don't want to hear about it.

I found the old workaround when this was happening early last year.  Next time you need to print a label, use the Bulk Shipping tool, even if you are only going to print a single label.  See if this workaround still works.  I am not having the problem so I can't test it.

Did you actually follow all the way through this & actually have it print right?  B/C it does NOT work for me & I am techie.  I can make it a PDF, no problem, I can manipulate it & have it look perfect in the Preview, BUT when it actually prints, it prints wrong 😞   

I've also been able to manipulate it 2 other ways, without involving a PDF & have it show correctly in the Preview, but they still printed wrong, even tho' the Preview is right.  

Anyone have a workaround that they have successfully used cuz I really don't want to do a craft project on 11 packages 🙄

I tried that but it didn't change the label from vertical back to horizontal. When I changed orientation from portrait to landscape, it only changed the paper direction, not the graphic on the paper. Somehow it must be related to browser settings because I had been trying everything on my laptop and when I went to see what it would do from my phone, the label was perfect as always. Fortunately I'm able to print from my phone so did.

It's NOT a browser issue.  I did NOT have the problem last night, even tho' others were having it.  I DO have the problem this AM.  Nothing on my browser or any other part of my system, changed in the last few hours.  Also, am a techie.

@simply-the-best-for-you  This is an old problem that has popped up again.  Last time you could use Bulk Shipping as a workaround, even for a single label.  I don't have this problem, so can't test whether it still works, but try it.

BTW, you may get the problem.  I did NOT have it last night, even tho' others did & I DO have it today.

Ok, I tried the Bulk Shipping page & I think it would work b/c the image it shows me is of the proper 2-up landscape label BUT, I cannot try it fully b/c I cannot figure out how to print/buy only 1.  I have only 1 label checkmarked, but when I go to buy/print it wants to buy all of them for $40, instead of just the one for $3 something.  

Any idea how I can get it to purchase only 1?   It may be I'm just not seeing it b/c I never use this & am not familiar with the screen, but I am a techie & it seems rather obvious that if I check only 1, it should only print the one.  There are green checkmarks to the far right tho', that indicate all are selected & that doesn't seem to be editable.   I can only select the checkmark on the left, which seems to be a checkmark for editing the data within the label only.   

Or maybe someone else can try it who has only 1 to do?

Bulk Shipping should only print the label(s) you have selected, whether just one or more.  So I don't know what's going on there.

Thanks for your help!    It wants to buy them all at once & I can't let it do that til I have them all packaged.  So, I'll try it later if it's not fixed, but it's gonna take me at least an hour or more to be ready.  

If anyone else just has only 1 or 2 to print, maybe you can try Bulk Shipping & tell us what happens?  Pretty Please.

Thank you for the update!  At least we know you're actively working on it.  Do they have any idea if it works properly under Bulk Shipping?  

I can't test it yet b/c my pkgs are not all ready to go.

Same problem here. Waisted time and labels trying to get them to work somehow on my labels.  I have full page labels with 2 on each. I finally changed the paper size in my print options to page size "A6" and changed it to "fit to page" and it printed in the center flipped on the label for me. Total waist of time!! Was much smaller label, but did work.

Just tried using bulk printing and it didn't work. I am glad they gave me a case number last night when I called, obviously that was a waste of time. This is really a joke at this point. I spoke to a number of poeple who called and they are getting same stupid answers, check your printer settings, they put you on hold and then tell you it's a glitch. Hopefully Brian from Ebay who is on the thread can get this resolved.
