I get that same error message and I just printed a shipping label for an order but I am not able to print the invoice. Wish e-bay would tell us in real time what is going on and when/what time there may be a possible fix.

Mine is down as well this is a bummer I need to do a lot before I get kids off to school and work. Looks like it has been going on for a little bit hope it is fixed soon.
