My seller feedback....

They last 12 items sold has the wrong feed back they all have this.. HELP How do I get this removed?

Item was shipped and receive new tracking number due to weight USPS tracking number  95349,13814113334013868. Confirm received on December 4 Salt Lake City, UT 94199 signed by Jay KQWALCZYK.  Please release funds held in my account. Thank you.

Hi @mushmlh 

Somehow you set that Feedback to be automatic and you need turn automatic feedback OFF on this page:  Selling preferences (ebay.com)

You cannot delete or change the Feedback you already left.  You might message each of those Buyers and apologize for the FB you left for them, explaining it was a mistake.

Also, Feedback has NOTHING to do with your payments being on Hold so stop mentioning that in the Feedback flow.

@mr_lincoln I though Automatic Feedback was only for a Seller to a Buyer? I have Auto set, and it only leaves feedback for my buyers, yet NOT for my sellers.

Did you review the FB history for the OP and the Left for others tab?  Sure looks like an FB got duplicated and an automatic setting is all I can think of ... could it be something else like operator error?  I suppose so but it's just odd there are so many of the same FB left for different Buyers ...

Those automatic feedbacks were "seller to buyer" and were left by the OP (who was the seller) due to his/her setting.

The feedbacks @mushmlh left for sellers appears to be their own.
