My message is stuck in germany. And for more than a month it has been without movement, which is why the buyer opened a dispute. I have sent the goods as expected. My money was frozen, and the amount there is not small, what should I do?

Assuming you mean your "parcel" and not your "message", if it's traveling by DHL ecommerce that seems to be a major choke point for them. I've got one coming from Bulgaria that arrived in Frankfurt and (supposedly) was processed there 10 days ago and there have been no updates since. Frustrating as a buyer to not see any movement. I can only imagine what you must be feeling as a seller.
I would recommend contacting whichever logistics company originated your packages travel and opening up a missing parcel search. Sometimes those will shake loose a parcel that seems stuck in transit.
