My item descriptions are not appearing

For my own ebay listings, my written item description does not appear when using my Android tablet.

I can see my description, no problem, on my desktop machine and on my Android phone (for phone by clicking on "full item description").

But the descrip does not show at all on my tablet, nor is there any button or words, when using my tablet, to click on to make my description appear.

Used to be the full description was there when you just scrolled down.  Now I scroll down and there's the headline that says Item Description, but no description below that! 

Can anyone tell me how to fix this?  I'm losing business because of it.  

Btw, I can see other seller's full descriptions by scrolling down, just not my own... it is just not there!

I see a description in your current listing.

Try another browser as a test. If descriptions appear, or if manually erasing just the eBay cookies allows the description to appear, try manually erasing just your eBay cookies in the original browser.

Hi, I’m on IPad Pro IOS, and use Google Chrome AP to browse ebay listings. For the last week or so I can no longer see any “item descriptions by seller” for any sellers, including yours.  It’s just blank in that spot.  An awkward work around I discovered is if I change from normal public browsing mode in Chrome to “in cognito” private browsing mode, all the item descriptions show.  It’s awkward because all my bookmarks for sellers are stored under public mode and you can’t store them in private mode, since private doesn’t keep a record.  So it’s cumbersome to have to individually enter each seller into the private search line instead of just clicking the bookmark.  It works the same in Safari on IPad - descriptions don’t show in regular mode, but if you switch to private browsing mode they do.  I know from past experience that with some sites, certain functions, like filling out online forms, only work when in private mode.  It may be a security issue glitch that the ebay site isn’t allowing all information displayed when iOS is tracking and saving a browsing history.  Ebay needs to fix this glitch.
