My ebay

When i open 'my ebay' it will only imeadiately go to 'purchases' .  That is the only thing it will let me see.  It keeps happening.

You can choose a different My eBay landing page by going to one of your My eBay pages and using the heart outline icon to set that page as your landing page. Then when you click on the "My eBay" link, you should be sent to that page.

You missed the whole point of my question.

I could not open the drop down menu of selections like "bids" or " offers" or anything.

It just automatically opened to " purchases " everytime.

And i have no 'heart icon' any where.

However now it has started working normally again.

If hovering your cursor over that menu is not working, try a different link or a different browser.

If you are sent to your Purchase History page, there should be additional links on the left side to reach other My eBay pages.
