My ebay Bucks for Period ending December 2020 Disappeared

When I checked last week, I had ebay Bucks coming my way for ending December 2020. When I looked today, January 2, 2021, there are no bucks, no email from ebay about being able to use my bucks starting January 3, 2021 (off topic, but why does it taketh ebay several days to issue any type of "money" yet they can taketh immediately when They are getting paid?). Wondering where my ebay Bucks went and how to get them back.

Your eBay Bucks Certificate will appear in your account approximately 15 days after the quarter ends.

I'm sure your Bucks are still there... maybe your Certificate hasn't been issued yet.

The new quarter started on January first, so the default eBay Bucks transaction page will show your total earned since then. To see the previous quarter's transactions, you need to change the View to "last period" under "Activity".

The new certificates will likely start to be issued later today or tomorrow, so keep an eye on your messages. You will have thirty days to spend your certificates once issued, so do not wait too long.
