Hello
I am a UK seller, I've been selling a lot to the USA since a year ago. After I changed my account to a business one the sales fell a lot. I didn't find this issue for a while until half a year ago I got a buyer messaging, about how he can't see any items in my store but was able to find the item by general search. I have tried looking at my store from USA (.com) site and it's true it only shows currently one item this fossil I've got for sale whereas 150+ other items I sell are vintage glass pieces. eBay Australia, Germany, and Canada don't seem to have this issue I've checked. Of course, after phoning eBay for a couple of months (since it's not a common issue they just fob me off) I managed to actually get it sent to the IT department and a month later sent me an email that there are no issues with my account and they can't fix anything. Which brings me to today and one of my returning eBay customers (from Germany) message me on Etsy and say that she can't see any of my items on eBay and therefore thought I closed the shop since I'm not selling anything anymore until she found me on Etsy. I really don't know how or why this issue is happening or how to fix it as eBay seems to be as clueless as me. At this point, I'm thinking of creating a new account. Thank you for reading and any help will be much appreciated.

I see one item when viewing your store.
If I view your "items for sale" link, I see that single item when searching using the "default" Item location filter when searching with my US shipping location specified.
If I change the Item location to "worldwide", I then can see 137 items you have for sale.
If you can figure out what you did differently to list that one item that appears by default, you may be able to change your other listings to appear by default as well.
