Anyone else having this problem? Many of my fixed price and auction listing photos are being replaced with incorrect photos! I have called eBay several times, and they have not been able to fix the error. It is killing sales!
Oddly enough, if I end the listing and relist, the correct photos show. Sometimes the random photo shows immediately, and other times it changes after a day or two. I thought about ending all fixed price, but I don’t want to lose watchers.
Sounds like a local caching or device type issue. Please post an item number that shows the problem so others can check to see if everyone gets the same results. Will be interested to see results since many of us have several listings with quite old photos. Thanks for the heads up.
