My eBay inbox is no longer receiving messages

All the messages are going to my private email account, but since they are not populating in eBay inbox, I can’t respond. Any one have a fix for this?

Is the problem that your Messages Inbox is not loading properly? Do the messages appear if you use a different browser, or view your messages on a different site such as ebay.ca?

Do you see the messages if you view your Messages from Members link here?

One thing you can try is to go into your Communication Preferences and be sure your Delivery Options are set to Include Graphics.  Not sure if that will help or not.
