My eBay Bucks Stopped Tallying Starting in April

I've been using eBay Bucks since it started, but after my last balance, at the end of March,  it stopped counting.  The items I buy are still listed, as well as what I paid, but the eBay Bucks total is just $0.00.  I don't know what suddenly changed but I'm loosing out on my discount I look forward to!

Can anyone help me?

The ebay Bucks program has been elimenated.

eBay has apparently closed eBay Bucks to new members and ended the 1% eBay Bucks return on daily purchases. eBay says it will still periodically offer Bonus Bucks for limited times, so the program is changing but not going away completely.
