hos do i get to where i can chat with someone

i need to chat with someone about getting my purchases. my bank is showing a charge that ebay sent but i dont see this charge or item for the ammount being shown on my bank account .how do i chat with someone online at ebay

Go to the bottom of this page and click on Contact Us. Then in the pop-up select See More. There you will find the options for a chat session or a call back from an agent.
