My eBay Active Messages/Alert Notices not disappearing in Active. Anyone else?

I'm hoping someone will be able to assist me, and others as well. I have encounted an anomaly in my "My eBay Active" page in regards to the "Respond to Message" notice. It appears above an active item listing once a question is received from a potential buyer via the "Messages" system. When the message comes in, the server will add a notice on top of the listing as an alert to respond to the buyer. When I first received one of these notices, I simply decided to go directly into Messages and respond to the question, instead of using the link element generated by "Messages". By doing this, it permanently locked the "Unanswered Message --- Respond to Question" notice on my "My eBay Active" page. Following the link after the fact is useless in removing the notice. See screen capture to see what I am referring to.
I believe the "Messages" DispatcherObject/DependencyObject-Flow Content Pagination rules need to be edited (rule added), to solve this. As of right now, the dynamic pagination rules are currently non existent on the "Messages" framework. If the new element link (Respond to Question) is initially followed, and the question is responded to successfully, it automatically generates a revised page, and removes the notice from the "My eBay Active" page. However, as I"ve said, if it is NOT INITIALLY followed to respond to a buyer's message, the element (Respond to Message) permanently remains in the page. The element's rule to be removed, becomes no longer valid. In other words, the "Messages" framework should automatically recognize that the element generated and placed was NOT utilized to respond to the message. Regardless of HOW the message has been responded to, even independently of the placed element, "Messages" should "see" this, and send a new rule request to my "My eBay Active" page for a new page, minus the notice element.
I would greatly appreciate a fix for this as these notices are beyond annoying because they never go away. As for me, I have cleared Cookies, removed temp Internet files, pages, etc. Anyone, please let me know if there is simple solution, and it's just an ID10T error on the client side. I am using Windows 8.1 with latest version of Firefox, but I don't think that matters. If eBay IT support is seeing this, please forward to Web Development, and thanks for everyone's time.
