My account has been limited for about 3 months and it seemed like this, but when I checked today, it looks like it's in the picture below, what does that mean? '' Your Account is permanently restricted ''
You were supposed to improve your performance while your account was "limited" for 3 months, but you did not make enough improvements. "Permanently restricted" means that you are not allowed to sell on eBay any more, because you didn't make enough improvements, within the allowed time. "Permanent" means forever.

There are currently no transactions that require evaluation.
What does that mean?
According to your other threads, you account was restricted in October 2024, and all of your listings were removed then. So you have not had any transactions in the last 12 weeks to be evaluated. When eBay removes your listings, that means that they will stop evaluating your account and there is no way to make an appeal.
