This is my first time trying to do a sale so I am not sure if I did something wrong, it looks like it did it correctly??? I want to make a % off sale for certain items, I followed the process all the way through to make it active and clicked that button.
The sale shows up that it starts today but none of the items I chose are in there, it says no items listed....
I saw before about the 14 day rule and I followed those 3 rules....items have been listed longer than 14 days, i've had no other sales, this is my first, and I made the sale at least 14 days long.
Any help or suggestions you have would be appreciated. Thank you!!!

I looked at your active listings, and I see several that are 20% off.
That requirement for a listing to have been active for 14 days before running a markdown promotion has been rescinded.
Here's a listing with the promotion:

Having a similar problem. But, I was told that regardless of when I start my markdown/sale that it won't actually start for 24-hours after that. I'm in hour-21 so that may well be true and I wouldn't know it yet.

Sometimes it takes 5 to 10 mins for eBays servers to update and reflect changes you have made. From the last post it sounds like they have updated . You should go back and double check.

So I just got off my second phone call with eBay regarding this issue. This time they did not tell me that it takes 24-hours for a sale to start, rather it is a known bug which they are working on. When asked if there was a timetable, the answer was no. When asked if I would get some sort of credit (I don't run a lot of sales but really wanted to run this one) - I was told she would request it.
When asked if there was any other option to run a sale, I was told no.

Back one last time. So I stopped my old promo/markdown that was stuck in "Pending" and just made a whole new with a "Start Now" time. This time it took and everything that was supposed to go on sale went on sale. So, for what its worth, it might be worth just stopping and trying again. I got some bad information on my first call (apparently) and the second call no one suggested trying this. But, it worked for me and might work for you as well.

We have been seeing increasing issues/delays with markdown sales as well. I brought it up in the community chat yesterday and the eBay rep asked me to provide examples. I have started a thread to provide examples and tagged that rep. If you could respond to that thread with item numbers/examples that you have had issues with for eBay to look it, I'd appreciate it. Maybe if they see examples from multiple people, they'll dig into it further and fix whatever is causing these delays.
