This time they did not tell me that it takes 24-hours for a sale to
start, rather it is a known bug which they are working on. When asked if

Having a similar problem. But, I was told that regardless of when I
start my markdown/sale that it won't actually start for 24-hours after
that. I'm in hour-21 so that may well be true and I wouldn't know it
yet.
I'm in this boat also. First tier support told me it takes 24-hours from
start time for the sale to actually start. I'm beginning to wonder if
she just didn't want to deal with me. Have either of you had any
resolution?
