On the eBay app, you can find My Feed at the bottom of your Followed Searches. On the eBay website, go to the Home page (I do this by clicking the big ebay logo in the upper left corner), then below the logo you will see options, left to right, which are: Home, (heart) Saved, Motors, Fashion, etc. Click the (heart) Saved option, and you will see the same items that are shown in My Feed on the app. If you are finding a blank page, perhaps you could check on the app and on the website to see if those results are the same (blank) in both places.
