I originally posted this on the powerseller board.
I run my account and am an employee of another account (I run it 100% for them). I figured I'd give myself access to their account so maybe the interface /changing over would be seamless like Amazon has it. It isn't.. at all.
Firstly, I saw nowhere I could switch accounts. The only place I saw the option is when I was selling similar, a box appears at the top of the screen. Not really useful if I'm already on the listing page - 'cause I'm already in the account I wanted to use.
But BUT BUT BUT what lead me to even post this were the Errors and the constant asking me to log in. ERRORS ERRORS were everywhere. Errors when listing, errors after listing (did it go through??). I finally am able to list something and push submit - OH I WASN'T LOGGED IN. I've revoked access for myself on the other account, thus separating the two accounts once more - it still won't let me list anything. It says I don't have permission to list on my own account. I've logged out and in, won't let me do anything. I can't list!
This has been a horrible and frustrating experience for me. And I can't do ANYTHING with my account.

Since ebay is closed, I'm trying to troubleshoot this myself.
I went back into 2nd account and reinstated me. I logged out, logged into my account and I get this message now:
This listing belongs to a different user ID, so it cannot be edited.
Garbage.

Clear the browser cache and cookies, and try logging in fresh again. If still a problem, you probably have open sessions that didn't close. You'd have to call ebay to close them, as the option to do it yourself is gone.
Using the same browser, you can only log into one account at a time. If you use two different types of browsers you should be able to be in both accounts at once. For instance, open one account in Firefox, open the other account in Chrome.
