Most Seller Hub pages don't have a Back button or link

Every page in the seller hub should have a link back to the main hub dashboard. Most of the pages do not. On the few that do, the links are broken and you get 404 errors.

For example, the Buy labels in bulk page  has a link:

Which takes you to a 404 error page
